Sanders B. Patton joined the Law Offices of C. Bradley Patton as an associate in 2009. Mr. Patton graduated with a B.A. in Communications from the University of Southern California in 2005. After working in various industries in Los Angeles, Mr. Patton returned to San Diego to pursue a legal career, earning a J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2009.

During his legal studies, Mr. Patton focused on criminal law and litigation. He participated in the Student Bar Association and the Criminal Law Society, received Honor Roll Status, and received a Pro Bono Honors Award for his commitment to non-profit efforts.  Mr. Patton also had the opportunity to broaden his perspective on legal issues by studying the comparisons of international criminal and constitutional laws to those in the U.S., under Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy in Salzburg, Austria.

Mr. Patton’s criminal defense experience includes preparation for a high profile murder case and representation of clients accused of DUI, grand theft, petty theft, domestic violence charges, drug offenses, juvenile delinquency matters and more. Mr. Patton also has experience handling civil cases, federal criminal defense, appeals, and other forms of post-conviction relief, including DMV administrative decisions.

Mr. Patton is a member of the California State Bar, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the San Diego North County Bar Association, as well as being a member of various sections focusing on criminal law and defense.
